In such a rapidly changing context, its everyday practice by all company managers and/or human resources directors requires the implementation of quick and tailored solutions. Our role is to make this field more accessible to our clients and turn it into a managerial asset.
Beyond the everyday aspects of employment and social security law, Cornet Vincent Ségurel provides support in relation to high-stakes and complex transactions (e.g. restructuring, transfers of companies, etc.), in collaboration with our Mergers and Acquisitions and Restructuring departments. We provide strategic, pragmatic, innovative and secure solutions in accordance with the expectations of each client, legislation and jurisprudence.
We also provide support in relation to interactions with administrations such as the Labour Inspection, DIRECCTE [regional administration in charge of companies, competition, consumers, labour and employment], Occupational Health Services and social welfare bodies (CPAM [National Health Office], URSSAF [social security contribution collection agency], CRA [amicable settlement board]). We support our clients at all stages: at the advisory stage, during pre-litigation and litigation related to Labour and Social Security Law.
