Benjamin Chevalier advises companies, entrepreneurs and family offices in corporate and commercial law, including tax, financial and business strategy aspects. He also defends his clients in all types of litigation related to his areas of practice.
In corporate matters, he advises on the creation of companies, the drafting of shareholders’ agreements, the raising of funds, acquisitions, disposals and mergers, as well as in litigation matters involving disputes between partners or post-acquisition conflicts. He and his teams also assist regional financial institutions with their structured finance needs.
Prior to joining Cornet Vincent Ségurel, Benjamin Chevalier headed the firm Doceo Avocats, which he founded in 2009 in Lille. With a dual education, law school and business school (HEC, ESCP Europe), he began his career practicing with Bignon Lebray & Associés after having worked with the Monassier Group.
