Marine Guillodo was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2008. She began her career with the international law firm Ashurst LLP in Paris, in the Litigation, Arbitration and Insolvency team, with a secondment to the London office.

In 2015, she joined Cornet Vincent Ségurel’s Rennes office, where she is actively involved in developing the firm’s economic law practice: competition, distribution, commercial contracts, compliance and consumer law.

Marine advises and litigates on behalf of distributors, franchisors, wholesalers, professional and industrial groups in a wide range of sectors, including the automotive, cosmetics, agri-food, hotel, telecommunications and nautical industries.

She advises French and foreign clients on issues such as network structuring, supplier-distributor relations, contractual risk management, restrictive and anti-competitive practices, and product litigation.

A graduate of the Université Paris II Panthéon-Assas and trained in French and Italian law, she is trilingual (French, English, Italian), a member of the AFEC and a DJCE trainee at the Faculté de droit de Rennes.
