Her practice covers both the day-to-day management of human resources and more exceptional complex operations (restructuring, collective disputes), as well as the management of litigation before the social courts (industrial tribunal litigation, litigation relating to work-related accidents, occupational diseases, litigation relating to inexcusable fault, litigation following an URSSAF audit, etc.).
Her career has allowed her to develop a particular expertise in handling the social issues of complex legal operations (mergers, transfers of businesses, contributions of branches). Delphine Monnier started her career in Lyon in 2009 by joining a niche employment law firm.
