Bertrand Genachte provides day-to-day support to groups and companies by providing expertise in corporate law and taxation. More specifically, he assists companies in their day-to-day legal monitoring but also in carrying out exceptional operations: equity transactions, internal restructuring (mergers, demergers, partial contributions of assets), external growth, setting up management packages, etc.
Bertrand Genachte also advises company directors on their asset taxation. In particular, he has developed expertise in the area of the Dutreil pact and the transfer of assets free of charge.
He holds a Master 2 DJCE from the University of Poitiers, a Certificate of specialisation in taxation and a Master 2 in private and professional asset management from the University of Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas. He started his career as a lawyer with the Parisian law firm UGGC before joining Cornet Vincent Ségurel in 2016.
Bertrand Genachte is also a lecturer in the Master of Taxation and Business Law at ICES.
