The compulsory or optional nature of data entry is specified at the time of collection, by the affixing of an asterisk “*” next to the Personal Data that must be filled in.
The compulsory nature of the communication of some of your Personal Data is justified by the implementation of the aforementioned purposes specified by Cabinet. Optional Personal Data enables Cabinet to get to know you better or to specify your request.
The Firm only retains your Personal Data for the time necessary to carry out the operations for which it was collected and in compliance with the applicable Regulations.
Personal Data collected for recruitment purposes will be kept only for as long as is necessary for the recruitment process. In the event of a negative outcome to a job application, your Personal Data will be archived for a period of two (2) years to enable us to contact you again if necessary.
Personal Data collected via contact forms will be kept for a period of three (3) years following the last contact.
In the event that you enter into a contractual relationship with us, your Personal Data will be kept for as long as is necessary for the proper management of the contractual relationship, and will then be archived for the legal period of prescription for the purposes of proof for the establishment, exercise or defense of a legal claim.

When the Firm uses an external service provider or a Subcontractor, it only communicates Personal Data to the latter when strictly necessary, and only after having obtained a commitment and guarantees from the latter regarding its ability to meet the security and confidentiality requirements imposed by the applicable Regulations.
In compliance with its legal and regulatory obligations, the Firm enters into contracts with its Subcontractors which precisely define the terms and conditions under which the latter will Process Personal Data, in accordance with the applicable Regulations.
