Her practice covers both the day-to-day management of human resources and more exceptional complex operations (restructuring, collective disputes), as well as the management of litigation before the social courts (industrial tribunal litigation, litigation relating to work-related accidents, occupational diseases, litigation relating to inexcusable fault, litigation following an URSSAF audit, etc.).
Her career has allowed her to develop a particular expertise in handling the social issues of complex legal operations (mergers, transfers of businesses, contributions of branches). She also regularly works with the firm's M&A teams on compliance audits to ensure the security of refinancing or acquisition operations.
Delphine Monnier started her career in Lyon in 2009 by joining a niche employment law firm. She then moved on to several large business law firms in Lyon and Paris, before moving on to a senior employment law position with an Anglo-American firm in Paris. She joined Cornet Vincent Ségurel in Lyon in 2019 before becoming a partner in 2022.
