Hélène de SAINT GERMAIN began her career in 1989 with the Paris business firm of ARMAND BOEDELS & Associés where she became a partner responsible for employment law.
In July 2005, she joined CORNET VINCENT SEGUREL as a partner to create the employment law department of the Paris Office. Hélène de SAINT GERMAIN holds a Master's degree in business law from University Paris-2 and is registered as a Spécialiste en Droit du Travail.
Her practice concentrates on Employment/Labour Law for French and foreign clients. Her expertise covers both company human resources generally (relations with representation bodies and individuals, collective labour agreements and local collective bargaining agreements, employment agreements, management of employee representative bodies, relations with unions, employee profit sharing and investment, employee savings plans, continuing education/training, etc.)
Hélène de Saint Germain assists her clients in complex transactions (restructurings, outsourcing, redundancy plans, management of on-job expertise), conflicts with employee representatives), and litigation. She also assists clients in relations with the Ministry of Labour and health care and social security system agencies (assistance in the event of an audit/litigation).
