Laurence Tardivel began her career at PRICE WATERHOUSE in 1991.
She joined Cornet Vincent Ségurel in 1997 and became a partner in 2001.
For four years, she served as a member of the firm’s Executive Committee, with a particular focus on CSR policy. She provides training to clients.
Holding a certificate of specialization in Labor Law, a Master’s degree in Business Law, and a diploma in Corporate Legal Counsel (DJCE from Rennes), she initially focused her practice on corporate and labor law. She then specialized in labor and social security law, both in advisory work (individual and collective relations, audits, etc.) and in litigation (civil, labor, and administrative courts).
Since the beginning of her career, she has been involved in complex legal transactions (mergers, asset sales, business unit transfers, etc.) and handles all related labor and social security issues through a multidisciplinary approach in collaboration with the firm’s other departments (M&A, insolvency, public law).
Her day-to-day support of business leaders and management teams in the private, nonprofit, mutual, and quasi-public sectors also leads her to intervene early in reorganization and workforce reduction initiatives and to support collective bargaining.
She works in partnership with industry-specific and interprofessional employer organizations. She is a member of the Loire-Atlantique Social Dialogue Observatory. She collaborates with local stakeholders in the fields of mediation and risk prevention.
Laurence Tardivel holds a university degree in Mediation from IFOMENE (2017). She is also actively involved in the profession through her role on the Board of Directors of the Eurojuris network.
