Laurence Tardivel began her career at Price Waterhouse in 1991. She joined Cornet Vincent Ségurel in 1997 and became a partner in 2001.
She served for four years as a member of the firm’s Executive Committee, with particular responsibility for CSR policy. She also delivers training sessions for clients and professional networks.
Laurence holds a specialist certification in Employment Law, a postgraduate degree (DESS) in Business Law, and a Diploma of Corporate Legal Counsel (DJCE, Rennes). She initially focused her practice on advisory work in corporate and employment law, before specializing in employment and social security law, both in advisory matters (individual and collective relations, compliance audits, etc.) and litigation (civil, labor, and administrative courts).
Since the beginning of her career, she has been involved in complex legal transactions (mergers, business transfers, partial asset contributions, group structuring, etc.), handling all related employment law aspects, concerning both employees and executives. She works with a multidisciplinary approach alongside the firm’s other departments (M&A, restructuring and insolvency, public law).
Her day-to-day work with business leaders and management teams across the private, non-profit, mutual, and semi-public sectors also involves advising on and supporting reorganization and workforce restructuring projects, as well as collective negotiations.
She works in partnership with employers’ organizations at both sectoral and interprofessional levels. She is a member of the Loire-Atlantique Social Dialogue Observatory and collaborates with local stakeholders in mediation and risk prevention.
She holds a university diploma in mediation (IFOMENE, 2017) and supports executives and management teams in internal investigations (harassment, workplace dysfunctions, etc.). She is also actively involved in the legal profession through her role as a Board member of the Eurojuris network.
