Nicolas Palos dedicates his expertise to the taxation of private and public organizations as well as individuals.
He assists his clients in their day-to-day tax issues and provides advice in their relations with the French tax authorities, in the context of tax audits or tax litigation, as well as in the context of tax ruling. He also has extensive experience in the taxation of executives, shareholders and managers and thus devotes a large part of his practice to individual taxation and management package.
He also regularly advises on the tax structuring of corporate M&A and LBO transactions. Nicolas has also developed an expertise in real estate taxation.
After having worked in the International Department of Fidal in Paris, between 2009 and 2015, he continued his activity with PwC Société d'Avocats in Nantes. He joined Cornet Vincent Ségurel in 2019 where he practices as a partner. He is a member of the Institut des Avocats Conseils Fiscaux and regularly leads training sessions on current topics.
