Our assistance involves structuring the transaction (financing, security interests and guarantees, term sheets), drafting and negotiating the documentation (loan agreements, sureties and security interests, subordination agreements, agreements on ranking) as well as management of outstanding loans (for waivers, amendments, etc.).
