Valentin QUIVIGER

Valentin Quiviger, who holds a Master’s degree in international business law, joined the law firm Cornet Vincent Ségurel in 2015, working at the Rennes office, where he has helped to develop the corporate law practice. He has also gained solid experience in structured finance during his first few years with the firm.

With ten years’ experience, he has developed strong expertise in company law, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions and private equity. He advises directors and shareholders of SMEs and mid-cap companies, as well as investment funds and French and international groups, on high-stakes transactions – disposals, acquisitions and restructurings – including in multi-jurisdictional contexts.
