Cornet Vincent Ségurel assists Unexo in its acquisition of a stake in the Le Normand group

The Le Normand Group, founded in 1923 and renowned for its expertise and innovation in the agricultural sector, is entering a new phase in its history. Under the leadership of Ludovic Le Normand, four key executives are acquiring a stake in the company and stepping up their involvement in the Group’s governance. Unexo is supporting this operation by acquiring a minority stake in the group’s capital.

Originally based in Morbihan and initially specialising in the manufacture of agricultural trailers, the group has diversified its activities over the decades, extending its range to include agricultural consumables and parts. Since 2015, the group has stepped up its external growth by acquiring several dealerships, including Massey Ferguson and Établissements Hervé.

By 2023, Le Normand will have 170 employees and 12 sites, with sales of €80m. With the support of Unexo, the group intends to continue its growth.
