Pierre JAKOB holds a postgraduate degree (DESS) in deeds, property and contracts of public authorities and has been practising as an attorney for 14 years.
He has practiced in the DROIT PUBLIC CONSULTANTS and GUIMET Avocats law firms, enabling him to develop a particular expertise in public procurement law.
He works in all areas of public law, and more specifically in public law (public procurement, public commercial law, etc.) and urban planning.
He is also a lecturer at the DU "Ecole de Droit" of the Université LYON III Jean Moulin.
A mediator approved by the Cour d'Appel de Lyon and a member of the Lyon Interprofessional Centre for Mediation and Arbitration, he is involved in the development of amicable methods of dispute resolution, particularly before the administrative courts.
