The Public Law team at Cornet Vincent Ségurel has considerable expertise in the three civil service levels: national, local and hospital.
We design and implement operational solutions to address social challenges linked to restructuring of public service management or transfers of competence.
Our support includes linking clients with other public actors: CNRACL [pension fund for civil servants at the local and hospital levels], IRCANTEC [pension fund for non-permanent civil servants at the national and local levels], management centres, etc.
Our day-to-day missions include:
- Advice and litigation on all aspects of permanent, trainee and contract personnel management
- Advice on collective issues concerning public-sector employment
- Monitoring individual situations of officials.
Our team works closely with lawyers from our Firm’s Social Law department in order to better understand the intersections between Employment Law and Civil Service Law.
