Sabine Abravanel-Jolly is a member of the Lyon Bar and an expert in insurance law, as well as in contract law and civil liability.
She holds a doctorate in law and is a lecturer at the University Jean Moulin - Lyon 3, and is a former Director of the Lyon Insurance Institute. Sabine Abravanel-Jolly is also co-director of the Master 2 "Law and Management of Emerging Risks" and co-founder of the Bulletin Juridique Des Assurances (BJDA: https://bjda.fr ), a bimonthly digital insurance law review in partnership with LexisNexis, as well as the author of the Insurance Law textbook, Ellipses, 4th edition 2023.
She advises her clients, players in the insurance sector, companies and individuals, by drafting legal consultations and/or strategic notes to assist in decision-making.
Sabine Abravanel-Jolly is also involved in insurance contract audits, either to verify that the coverage is adapted to the needs, or to validate the clauses of insurance policies (especially those containing exclusions, forfeitures, nullities or conditions of coverage).
Finally, Sabine Abravanel-Jolly assists her clients as a trainer on all major topics of insurance law (property and casualty), civil liability and contract law.
