Olivier Binder joined Cornet Vincent Ségurel as Of Counsel in 2022. He was previously a partner at Herald Avocats.
Olivier Binder's practice focuses primarily on real estate law. He advises a clientele of real estate companies and private investors on the management of their real estate portfolios, and more particularly on commercial leases, as well as on all related litigation.
Olivier Binder also advises clients in the Hauts-de-France region on distribution and competition law. He also assists an international clientele in setting up or developing a franchise in France. He manages pre-litigation risks, handles crisis situations, and assists his clients in finding amicable solutions (mediation, conciliation) or in arbitration and court proceedings. He represents them before the national and European competition authorities.
Olivier Binder is a graduate of the University of Law in Paris and holds an Executive MBA from HEC. He is also a member of the IBA/IFA (International Franchise Association), a member of AMTI and ACE, a National Expert for France of the IDI (International Distribution Institute), a member of the College of Experts of the FFF (Fédération Française de la Franchise) as well as a Referenced Arbitrator of the International Arbitration Chamber of Paris.
