Caroline BELLONE-CLOSSET

Caroline Bellone-Closset holds a Master II in Corporate Law from the University of Lille 2 and is a graduate of EDHEC Business School. She began her career at the law firm Grall & Associés before joining Cornet Vincent Ségurel in 2021.

She primarily practices in the areas of competition law, distribution law, and commercial contracts, providing both advisory and litigation services. In particular, she assists companies with commercial negotiations, the structuring and management of distribution networks, as well as the prevention and resolution of unfair competition issues.

Caroline also has specialized experience in the agri-food sector, where she is familiar with the key challenges and regulatory developments, particularly regarding negotiations among the various stakeholders in the industry. She thus assists producers, manufacturers, and distributors in implementing legislative changes that govern their commercial relationships.
She also handles broader competition law issues, particularly regarding anticompetitive practices and mergers, as well as consumer law matters related to commercial activities.

Caroline is also a lecturer at the University of Lille II in the Master II program in Distribution Law, as well as at SKEMA Business School (Master’s in Business Contracts).
