A multi-disciplinary team from Cornet Vincent Ségurel assisted Arnaud Deschaume, manager and majority shareholder of Enelia, a specialist in energy-efficient home renovation for over 10 years in the Hauts de France region, with the sale of his company to a team of two buyers.

Clawatt, formed for this purpose by Louis Meurillon and Géraud Delloye, is acquiring 100% of the share capital of Enelia, which has sales of €6.3 million and over 50 employees. The two new shareholders are also taking over the management of the company. They intend to build on the existing teams to pursue the company's development by continuing to help private individuals renovate their homes for energy efficiency, while focusing on new business segments, particularly for professionals.

This sponsorless MBI is financed by bank debt raised from Caisse d'Epargne and Crédit Agricole.
