Clawatt, formed for this purpose by Louis Meurillon and Géraud Delloye, is acquiring 100% of the share capital of Enelia, which has sales of €6.3 million and over 50 employees. The two new shareholders are also taking over the management of the company. They intend to build on the existing teams to pursue the company's development by continuing to help private individuals renovate their homes for energy efficiency, while focusing on new business segments, particularly for professionals.
This sponsorless MBI is financed by bank debt raised from Caisse d'Epargne and Crédit Agricole.
