The transaction involves nearly 180 employees. In addition to food service in healthcare facilities, DSC Sofra-Boutiques and Sofratel DSC offer television rental and vending machine management services for patients, visitors, and hospital staff.
The buyers, organized under BDM Associés, raised approximately 1.8 million euros from Finorpa, the Hauts-de-France Avenir TPE-PME fund, and five private investors. This funding will enable the modernization of management systems, the renovation of existing cafeterias, and the opening of four new locations per year in the public hospital sector, as well as the expansion of business into private clinics.
A team from the Lille office of Cornet Vincent Ségurel, led by Benjamin Chevalier, partner, and Clara Servan, managing attorney, advised BDM Associés and its executives on the legal structuring of this acquisition.
