David MORTIER

David Mortier is a Director in the Corporate Criminal Law and Compliance team at Cornet Vincent Ségurel’s Lille office.

With a dual background in the legal departments of major corporations and in law firms, he joined the firm in 2016 to develop his expertise in the Hauts-de-France region, serving major corporations, SMEs and their executives.

As a corporate criminal law solicitor in Lille, David assists his clients with the legal and reputational challenges associated with economic and financial offences, providing both advisory and litigation services.

In the area of compliance, he assists companies in the Hauts-de-France region in setting up their compliance frameworks, including risk mapping and obligations arising from the Sapin II Act.

He is also involved in conducting internal investigations (fraud, ethical breaches), as well as in managing reports and implementing appropriate corrective measures.
