Marine GUILLOU

Marine Guillou, admitted to the Rennes Bar since January 2014, joined Cornet Vincent Ségurel in January 2013, starting as a trainee alongside Pierre-Alexis Ramaut, partner in the Public Law department at the Rennes office.

She holds a Master’s degree in Public Law and a Master 2 in Legal Studies on the Territory from the University of Angers.

Marine advises and represents her clients in two main areas. She assists clients with public contracts, both during the procurement stage and throughout their execution, including public procurement contracts, concessions, and public domain occupation agreements.

She also works in local and inter-municipal public law, covering areas such as the organization and distribution of competencies (transfers, withdrawals, dissolutions), decisions regarding the management of public services and facilities, as well as related public finance and accounting issues.
