Founded in 1968 and based in Ploudaniel (29), the family group Sparfel was owned until then by its founder, Jean-Claude Sparfel, his wife, his 4 sons (leaders of the group) and an employee (Olivier Quero). The family and the shareholder sold all the capital to the Terideal group, which has 2,500 employees and a turnover of 341 million euros.
Based in Wissous in Ile-de-France (91) and radiating throughout France, Terideal intervenes in the market of the development of territories, with expertise in 40 fields of trades and an ability to design, realize and maintain complex sites. The group is labeled «Company committed to nature».
At the end of this operation, Jean-Hervé Sparfel is appointed Regional Director of Terideal Bretagne Pays de la Loire and also has under his responsibility the Normandy agency based in Cresseveuille.
The Sparfel group has 140 employees and generates 25 million turnover. The company has a strong presence in the landscape and urban design markets in Brittany. Owner of seven innovative patents, it has also developed a nationally and internationally recognized expertise in the development and maintenance of sports floors. Sparfel provides professional football and rugby clubs with light therapy, photosynthesis and lawn drainage technologies.
