Corporate Law – M&A – Private Equity
Sébastien Carnel has joined the Lille office of Cornet Vincent Ségurel as Director Attorney. He is accompanied by his legal assistant in order to strengthen the firm's Real Estate law practice in the Hauts-de-France region. He will mainly work on construction/urban planning issues, co-ownership and leases, both as a consultant and in mediation and litigation. With the arrival of Sébastien Carnel, the Lille team now has more than 20 people, including 17 lawyers.
In addition, the independent law firm announces a double promotion within the Nantes office as Director Attorneys :
- Roxane Le Hen : Litigation – Arbitration – Médiation ; Competition – Distribution – Contracts
- Aurélie Richard : Corporate Law – M&A – Private Equity ; Banking – Finance
These arrivals and appointments bring the number of managing lawyers to 28 for the whole firm.
