Léa BOURREL

Léa Bourrel was admitted to the Bar in 2018 and focuses her practice on restructuring, distressed companies and business litigation, acting both in advisory and contentious matters. She advises directors, investors and financial institutions on complex situations, including legal and financial restructurings, insolvency proceedings, and M&A transactions involving distressed assets.

She holds a Master’s degree in Law and Financial Engineering from Jean Moulin Lyon III University, as well as a dual degree in Law and Languages as a trilingual business lawyer from Grenoble II University. She completed her professional training at the Rhône-Alpes Bar School.

In 2024, she obtained a specialist certification in Commercial, Business and Competition Law, with a particular focus on insolvency and restructuring, further reinforcing her expertise in these areas.

After practising with Lamartine Conseil and CMS Francis Lefebvre Avocats, she joined Cornet Vincent Ségurel in 2024.
