ADRESSE markets and sells men's clothing made from responsible materials for everyday wear, designed to be as comfortable as sportswear. The company sells its clothing mainly in France through two physical outlets, an e-commerce site and marketplaces.
La Fabrique submitted a bid to acquire the assets of ADRESSE, which was accepted by the Paris Commercial Court on 28 July 2023.
La Fabrique has been marketing eco-responsible 'made in France' clothing for a number of years, notably under the La Gentle Factory brand, sold throughout France via 35 retailers, 125 partner boutiques, a website and 3 marketplaces. In 2022, the company also created the first recycled cotton vase using cotton scraps from the production of its clothes, saving up to 4 tonnes of fabric scraps each year. Founded in 2013 by Christèle Merter, La Fabrique employs 14 people and aims to promote innovative, sustainable and warm fashion. This acquisition will enable the ADRESSE brand to benefit from La Fabrique's digital expertise, overhaul the brand's offering and develop it, particularly internationally.
