Acces Industrie, a group based in Lot-et-Garonne (Tonneins) and specialising in the rental of aerial work platforms, is being taken over by Delmas Investissements et Participations, backed by several minority investors: BNP Paribas Développement, Société Générale Capital Partenaires, GSO Capital and Irdi, which is reinvesting. For their part, Equistone, which had held a majority stake for 4 years, is withdrawing from the capital, followed by Crédit Mutuel Equity. The shareholding of the company’s managers, already present in the capital, is also being increased.
Acces Industrie is one of the leading independent rental companies for aerial work platforms and handling equipment. The group has a fleet of 12,000 machines in 42 branches, including 4 in Spain. Acces Industrie employs 650 people and will generate sales of around €140m by 2023. With the support of the new majority shareholder, the group aims to continue its expansion in France, as well as in Spain and Portugal.
