Three areas of strategic expertise strengthened
Anne-Sophie Lourme is now a partner and will lead the development of the real estate, construction, and urban planning department in Bordeaux. Having joined the firm in 2024, Anne-Sophie Lourme offers her clients recognized expertise in construction and urban planning law, as well as commercial leases and real estate contracts. She assists real estate and construction professionals—developers, builders, owners, and operators—with their projects and litigation, including structuring and securing transactions, planning permission, construction litigation, negotiating and drafting commercial leases, real estate transactions, and rental disputes.
Jérémie Courtois becomes a partner and will strengthen the Intellectual Property-Tech-Data division in Lille. With the firm since 2011, he assists companies, media groups, and innovative organizations in protecting and promoting their intangible assets: intellectual property strategies, copyright and related rights, trademarks, designs, contracts and digital projects, personal data management, and GDPR compliance. Listed with the INPI as a partner of the “IP Pre-Diagnosis” and “IP Pass” programs, he also teaches at the University of Lille and SKEMA Business School.
David Pilorge has been appointed partner in the Public Law department in Paris. He joined the firm in 2012, after practicing as a lawyer at the Council of State and the Court of Cassation, and advises public entities and companies on complex cases involving both public and business law. A specialist in public law and mediator, he has developed particular expertise in advising hospitals and their staff, as well as other healthcare stakeholders. He is cited for his high profile by Décideurs en Coopération hospitalière and is listed in the Best Lawyers ranking for public law.
