Cornet Vincent Segurel advises the banking syndicate on the implementation of €160 million in structured financing for Ramery

This strategic transaction was arranged by Banque CIC Nord-Ouest and financed by a banking syndicate comprising Banque CIC Nord-Ouest, Banque Populaire du Nord, BNP Paribas, Caisse Régionale de Crédit Agricole Mutuel Nord de France, Caisse d’Epargne et de Prévoyance Hauts de France, Arkea Banque Entreprises et Institutionnels and Bpifrance.

It will enable Ramery to optimise its financing cycle, support its organic growth in its new business lines and seize external growth opportunities as it transforms its activities and expands its expertise.

Founded in 1972, the family-owned company developed its property development and construction businesses before diversifying into engineering, the circular economy and renewable energy production. In 2025, the group achieved a turnover of €700 million with 3,000 employees across 70 branches.

This structured financing aims to implement the group’s strategic plan, which is based on five key areas: engineering consulting, energy and environmental performance, construction of the future, the circular economy and renewable energy production.

The first results are already visible, particularly in photovoltaics, bioenergy, industrial process engineering and electric mobility.

A team from the law firm Cornet Vincent Ségurel, led by André Watbot, partner, advised the arranger and the banks in the banking pool on the legal structuring and implementation of this financing.
