Cornet Vincent Ségurel announces the co-option of five new partners: Pauline Ducoin, Marine Guillodo, Angéline Lepigoché, Laurent Amon and Sébastien Carnel. They will contribute to the development of their respective activities within the firm.

Laurent Amon, a specialist in Public Law, will continue to develop the Public Procurement Law practice from the Nantes office. He has been practising with Cornet Vincent Ségurel since he started in 2008, and has extensive expertise in both public contracts (public procurement contracts, public service delegations, concessions) and public property, areas in which he advises and represents public bodies, companies and associations.

Sébastien Carnel will be responsible for developing the Real Estate practice in the Hauts-de-France region within the Lille office. Previously a member of NSC Avocats, he joined the Lille office in January 2021 to head up the Real Estate and Construction Law department. Sébastien advises and litigates on issues relating to construction, co-ownership, leases and property sales.

The co-option of Pauline Ducoin will enable the Lyon office to develop its expertise in digital, technology and data law. Having joined Cornet Vincent Ségurel in 2020, Pauline advises and litigates for clients in a wide range of sectors in France and abroad. With a Master's 2 from the Université Jean Monnet in Saint-Etienne and an LL.M. from East Carolina University (USA), she has developed a particular interest in innovative projects.

For her part, Marine Guillodo will be responsible for the Economic Law practice (Competition/Distribution/Contracts) in Rennes. Marine holds a Master's 2 in Litigation, Arbitration and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) from the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas, after a dual degree in French and Italian law (University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne / University of Florence). She began her career with Ashurst LLP in Paris in the Litigation, Arbitration and Insolvency team. She joined Cornet Vincent Ségurel's Rennes office in 2015.

Lastly, Angéline Lepigoché will contribute to the development of the Employment Law department in Rennes, which she joined in 2017. She advises clients in all sectors of activity on their employment law, social security law and social protection issues. She advises on both contentious and non-contentious matters. She holds a Master's 2 in Employment and Social Protection Law from the University of Rennes I, and began her legal career in accountancy firms, developing specific skills in payroll and URSSAF litigation.

"Transmission and internal growth have been at the heart of the firm's project since its creation", emphasises Alexandre CORNET, partner and member of the Management Committee. "Over the last two years, a total of 10 members of staff have been promoted to partner. Overall, more than 60% of the firm's current partners have come through internal growth."
