A team from Cornet Vincent Ségurel advised the founder and managing director of Les Cercles de la Forme, Bernard Bonelli, on the sale of the gym and fitness network to Wellnest Society.

Les Cercles de la Forme, a market leader in Paris, operates 26 gyms and fitness centers and generated revenue of just under €30 million in 2024.

After acquiring approximately 60% of the fitness brand’s capital in 2017, Montefiore Investment is handing over the reins to the Montpellier-based group Wellnest Society, founded by Abdenbi Amirache (former CEO of Neoness) and the Martek family office.

The newly formed group now has 200 employees and 39 gyms in Occitanie and Paris, and is expected to generate consolidated revenue of €40 million. The group aims to open new clubs and pursue external growth opportunities.
