Cornet Vincent Ségurel represented the strategy consulting firm Arthur D Little, in connection with the acquisition of Presans, one of the leaders in open innovation based in France.
This merger, which took place at the same time as the acquisition of Cutter Consortium, a technology consulting firm based in the United States, allows Arthur D Little to expand its collaborative ecosystem and complete its open approach to "Open consulting" and "Open problem solving" missions.
