Founded in 1989, Omnis Structures Conseils supports public and private clients, as well as contractors, in the design and construction of civil engineering and steel structures, and provides project management and technical supervision for construction projects. The company operates from its offices in Grésy-sur-Aix and Mâcon, in France, and internationally, notably in Africa and Switzerland.
With the arrival of OSC, the Fondasol Group is continuing to develop a range of services covering the various technical issues associated with construction projects. In particular, this new organisational structure brings together expertise in soil, structural and construction engineering, with the aim of supporting projects from the initial design stages right through to completion.
OSC has thus joined the Fondasol Group, alongside, in particular, its subsidiary Prodetis, which specialises in structural engineering and project management.
A team led by Emmanuel Mansillon, a partner, advised Fondasol on this acquisition.
