Jérémie Courtois is a partner at Cornet Vincent Ségurel and heads the Intellectual Property and Technology Law team at the Lille office, composed of 4 professionals. Drawing on prior experience in the legal departments of media and communications groups, he joined the firm in 2011 to develop recognized expertise in the Hauts-de-France region.

As an expert lawyer in digital law in Lille, Jérémie advises and represents his clients on all technology and digital matters:

• IT contracts and projects (software development, SaaS licenses, IT audits, cloud computing);
• Software ownership (protection of computer programs, development disputes, exploitation of digital creations);
• Databases (legal protection, producer’s rights, commercial exploitation).

Registered with the French Patent and Trademark Office (INPI) as a partner for the “IP Pre-diagnosis” and “IP Pass” programs, he also teaches digital law and IT contracts at the University of Lille (Master 2 in Law) and at SKEMA Business School (Master in Business Contracts).
