Constance BEYELER

Constance is a lawyer based in Lille, within the Intellectual Property – Tech – Data team of Cornet Vincent Ségurel.

She holds an LLM in Economic Law and Governance of the European Union from the University of Reading (United Kingdom), as well as a bilingual Master’s degree in European Law from Université de Nanterre–La Défense. Constance further strengthened her professional background through internships with Paris-based and Anglo-Saxon law firms, within the Directorate-General for Competition of the European Commission, and before a specialised court in intellectual property matters. She subsequently completed her education with a Master’s degree in Applied Intellectual Property Law from Université Paris-Est Créteil.

Constance joined Cornet Vincent Ségurel in March 2017 and was admitted to the Bar on 25 April 2017.

She advises and represents clients on both advisory and litigation matters relating to intellectual property, as well as in e-commerce, unfair competition and parasitism, image rights, press offences, and disparagement.

Constance represents the firm within APRAM (Association des Praticiens du Droit des Marques et des Modèles).
