These two companies, which design and distribute lighting solutions and products for professionals, have just been taken over by two new managers, Ga\u00eblle de Candole and Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric Degroote, supported by Mermoz Participations and Bpifrance financement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Financing for the deal was raised from Caisse d&#8217;Epargne Rh\u00f4ne Alpes and Banque Populaire Auvergne Rh\u00f4ne Alpes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Founded in 2004, IDELUM stands out by specialising in technical and architectural lighting, and by targeting professionals, be they specifiers, installers or specialist distributors. The Lyon-based company offers lighting solutions for the various spaces in and around buildings. Europ\u00e9enne d&#8217;\u00c9clairage is a regional company on a human scale, based in Le Mans and Tours.
