The aim of the transition from Etape Auto to Point S is to retain all the franchised sites, with an individual assessment for their integration into the Point S network.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Following this operation, Alliance Automotive Group intends to concentrate on its core business: the independent distribution of parts and supplies for light vehicles, vans and HGVs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With this acquisition, Point S confirms its dynamic external growth strategy and strengthens its position as sector leader with a denser territorial coverage, extended to strategic medium-sized towns not previously covered, and an enhanced range of specialised services.
