Founded in 1968 and based in Ploudaniel (29), the Sparfel family group was previously owned by its founder, Jean-Claude Sparfel, his wife, his 4 sons (group managers) and one employee (Olivier Quero). The family and the shareholder are selling the entire capital to the Terideal group, which has 2,500 employees and sales of \u20ac341 million.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Based in Wissous in the Ile-de-France region (91) and operating throughout France, Terideal operates in the regional development market, with expertise in 40 business areas and the ability to design, build and maintain complex projects. The group has been awarded the “Entreprise engag\u00e9e pour la nature” label.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As a result of this transaction, Jean-Herv\u00e9 Sparfel has been appointed Regional Director of Terideal Bretagne Pays de la Loire and will also be responsible for the Normandy branch based in Cresseveuille.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Sparfel group has 140 employees and generates sales of \u20ac25 million. The company has a strong presence in the landscaping and urban development markets in Brittany. The owner of seven innovative patents, it has also developed nationally and internationally recognised expertise in the development and maintenance of sports surfaces. In particular, Sparfel provides professional football and rugby clubs with its light therapy, photosynthesis and pitch drainage technologies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
