Now a new team of investors, the Management Buy-Out (MBO) team, has joined the company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Managing Director Katell Tanguy, who already held a 10% stake in the company, together with CFO Gr\u00e9gory Gendron and Deputy Managing Director Samuel R\u00e9gnier, have become majority shareholders. They also receive support from two family offices, which are minority shareholders, and from two Cr\u00e9dit Agricole regional banks for the senior debt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Founded in 1987 by Michel Texier, Scoop Voyages designs tailor-made travel and seminar projects. With a team of 19 employees based in Chartres-de-Bretagne, the company generates annual sales of 11 million euros.
