The BHV shop at Parly 2 is also involved in this transaction.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A specialist in retail property, the SGM Group (formerly known as Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 des Grands Magasins) has become a key player in town centre retailing in just a few years, through the acquisition, renovation and revitalisation of existing retail assets. A family business, the SGM Group favours an entrepreneurial, creative and daring approach, and aims to develop relationships based on trust with its partners, retailers, major brands and local players.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Its approach to retailing is based on proximity, conviviality, adapting the offer to local needs, events and commercial innovations, to make its sites real places of life bringing together customers, retailers and group employees. This approach is symbolised by the new &#8220;SGM Family&#8221; brand, which will gradually be rolled out across the Group&#8217;s centres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To date, the Group owns and operates around ten shopping centres throughout France. It also owns 7 Galeries Lafayette shops, which it operates under an affiliation agreement with the Les Galeries group.
