Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric Chalmin, a civil engineer from the Ecole des Mines de Nancy, has acquired solid experience in the chemicals sector, having held management positions at PECHINEY (formerly ALCAN), RHODIA, ARKEMA, and as Chief Operating Officer and then Chief Executive Officer of the KEM ONE group. He has also held senior positions at France Chimie and ADECHIM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Based in Chaponnay (69), PACT offers its customers turnkey solutions in the field of industrial piping and boiler making. With 65 employees and a turnover of \u20ac10 million, the company has established itself as a prime contractor for major clients in a range of sectors including industry, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, food processing, energy and the environment, both in France and abroad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Commenting on the transaction, Marcel Pfanner, former Chairman of PACT, said: &#8220;After 13 years of developing PACT, I am delighted with this sale and the arrival of Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric Chalmin at the head of the company.
