On completion of this transaction, he became the majority shareholder. Patrick R&eacute;gnier is also reinvesting in this transfer, as is the investment fund Unexo, which has been supporting the company since 2000. Bpifrance is also acquiring a minority stake in the company.<\/p>\n<p>Founded in 1996 and based in Saint-Thurial (35) near Rennes, Flexirub has developed an innovative concept in prefabricated waterproofing solutions. Flexirub designs and manufactures made-to-measure EPDM waterproofing components for flat roofs, ponds, cisterns, fa&ccedil;ades and foundations.
