A team from Cornet Vincent Ségurel assisted Yannick Joualland, CEO, and the family of the founder of Aquiro, a Bordeaux-based company, with its acquisition by Lyon-based TC Concept.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

TC Concept, owned by Montefiore Investment, is acquiring the entire share capital of Aquiro. Based in Lyon, the group specialises in the sale of industrial products for fluid transfer, with more than 30,000 items available throughout France.<\/p>\n

Aquiro is a long-standing supplier of industrial and marine valve solutions and accessories. The company offers a high value-added service by assisting its customers in the study and definition of their technical requirements, as well as in the design and sourcing<\/em> of customised solutions.<\/p>\n

Thanks to this transaction, TC Concept and Aquiro will be able to offer a highly complementary range of products across a wider regional network and with a stronger customer portfolio.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/article>\n
