ONE Lease has carried out a significant capital increase with the arrival of the Ciclad fund, accompanied by reinvestment by the founders, several senior managers and the Bee Family Office fund.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

As part of this transaction, Ciclad is taking a minority stake, while Carvest and an investor are withdrawing from the capital. The management of the specialist in car leasing for businesses will retain a majority stake, with the capital being held by Olivier Maître-Jean, founder and Chairman of ONE Lease, and by 10 of the company's key executives.<\/p>\n

Created 7 years ago, ONE Lease has always favoured a tailor-made approach that meets the economic, logistical and environmental needs and specific requirements of its customers. Using high-performance digital tools, the company offers a personalised, responsive and efficient service. Finally, ONE Lease is particularly keen to help its customers take account of energy transition considerations.<\/p>\n

Currently based in Paris and Lyon, and in the process of being rolled out in the west of France, ONE Lease currently works with more than 130 customers. Since its previous round of funding in 2019, the company has seen strong growth, with almost 3,000 vehicles under contract.  By 2022, it will have achieved sales of almost €20 million, and employs around 20 people. ONE Lease has developed an entire ecosystem around its product offering, thanks to partnerships with all the car manufacturers, the distribution and after-sales networks and the main financial companies on the French market.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/article>\n
