Cornet Vincent Ségurel assisted GlobePayroll in the sale of the absolute majority of its share capital to SD WORX.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

Cornet Vincent Segurel represented the founding partners of GlobePayroll, the French publisher of payroll management software for mid-market companies, in the context of the sale of the absolute majority of GlobePayroll's share capital to SD Worx, one of the world's leading providers of HR solutions and services.<\/p>\n

SD Worx had acquired a 40% stake in GlobePayroll in 2018. The group increased its stake to 50.01% the following year. With this new transaction, SD Worx strengthens its control and is now a 70% shareholder in the French company, which was created at the end of 2015 as the first on the market to offer a global payroll solution entirely in the cloud.<\/p>\n

By strengthening its stake in GlobePayroll, SD Worx can accelerate the development of its fully cloud-based payroll solution, particularly at an international level. Called Global People Services, this offering covers all aspects of administrative and payroll management and is aimed at mid-sized European markets.<\/p>\n
