This ruling therefore marks the end of CETI\u2019s judicial protection proceedings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Following discussions with all stakeholders, the rescue plan was approved by the court, thereby ensuring the continuity of CETI\u2019s operations and the preservation of all the association\u2019s jobs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The plan presented by CETI was adopted via the mechanism of classes of affected parties, in accordance with the provisions set out in the order of 15 September 2021.
