This transaction is part of Meca-Inox\u2019s international development strategy. Meca\u2011Inox is an internationally recognized specialist for over 70 years in the design, production, and distribution of valves for industrial processes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A leading French player, Meca-Inox specializes in the design and manufacture of cryogenic, butterfly, and ball valves in stainless steel and carbon steel, meeting the requirements of the most demanding industrial environments. The Group offers a comprehensive range of reliable and high-performance solutions, deployed across numerous industrial clients in France and worldwide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bac Valves designs and manufactures ball valves and butterfly valves, primarily for the chemical, petrochemical, gas, and process industries. It also holds full ownership of Bac Valves (Dalian), its subsidiary based in China.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The acquisition of Bac Valves thus enables Meca Inox to expand its presence in the European market while strengthening its industrial footprint in Dalian, China, where the group already operates a production facility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cornet Vincent S\u00e9gurel advised the Meca-Inox group on Corporate and M&A matters through a team led by Adrien Debr\u00e9, partner, assisted by associates Aur\u00e9lien Babin and Elisa Simon, and on financing matters through a team led by Andr\u00e9 Watbot, partner, and associate Marion Nicolas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cornet Vincent S\u00e9gurel provided its expertise to Meca Inox across all stages of the transaction, from structuring and negotiation through to its completion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For the purposes of the transaction, Cornet Vincent S\u00e9gurel worked in close with a cross-border team from Ceca Mag\u00e1n Abogados in Spain (Esther P\u00e9rez Garc\u00eda, partner, assisted by Carmen Ram\u00f3n de Fata Merinero and Luis Pombo Gim\u00e9nez).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The financing banks of the Meca-Inox Group were advised by the firm De Gaulle Fleurance & Associ\u00e9s in France (Jonathan Souffir, partner, assisted by associates Vahan Guevorkian and Claudine Ayinkamiye) and by the firm Andersen in Spain (Alicia Fuertes, partner, assisted by Claris Ramos Le\u00f3n).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
