Faced with this situation, the group&#8217;s CEO, Xavier Sartoris, and CFO, St\u00e9phane Moureaux, undertook ambitious restructuring measures and developed a solid recovery plan, supported by a genuine entrepreneurial project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The plan is based on the mechanism of affected party classes, introduced by the recent reform of the law on companies in difficulty. This mechanism has made it possible to align the interests of all stakeholders, in particular the company&#8217;s beneficiaries and creditors, whose confidence has been essential in building the future of Abysse Corp.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After a 12-month observation period, on November 25, 2025, the Rouen Commercial Court approved a recovery plan, thereby validating the financial restructuring while preserving the sustainability of its business and the future of its employees.
