Founded in 2015 by Antoine Daniel in Marseille, The Line designs and manufactures metal wall art objects in France with minimalist designs. The company has established itself in the design and decoration market by offering a poetic interpretation of the world through silhouettes of cities, landscapes, and iconic scenes. Today, the brand is present in over 500 points of sale internationally.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Line follows a local and responsible approach, with production entirely based in France that respects both industrial and artisanal know-how. This committed manufacturing model ensures full traceability and a positive social impact, meeting the growing consumer demand for sustainable and authentic products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A graduate of the Executive MBA program at EM Lyon Business School, C\u00e9dric Dolbeau brings to The Line extensive expertise gained notably at W\u00dcRTH France, RUBIX, and within the Thermador group. Experienced in driving growth and transforming organizations, he has successfully led multidisciplinary teams and implemented ambitious strategies at both national and European levels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This acquisition is part of a continuity and development strategy. C\u00e9dric Dolbeau intends to capitalize on the brand\u2019s growth potential while preserving the creative DNA and responsible commitment values that have made The Line successful. The goal is to strengthen the brand\u2019s presence in both French and international markets, while maintaining the excellence of French manufacturing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A team from the Lyon office of the law firm Cornet Vincent S\u00e9gurel supported C\u00e9dric Dolbeau throughout this operation, providing legal structuring for this successful transfer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
